1. SERVICES OFFERED WUSH
   provides mobile car wash, detailing, and related vehicle care services within our designated South Florida service area.
    

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
   All bookings are made through carwush.com. Payment is processed at the time of booking via Wix Payments. By submitting a booking, you authorize WUSH to charge the payment method provided for the full service amount, plus any applicable taxes, gratuities, or add-on fees.
    

3. PRICING
   Service pricing is displayed at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle size, service tier, location, and selected add-ons. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; the price displayed at the time of booking is the price honored for that booking.
    

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
   Cancellations, refunds, and service fulfillment terms are governed by our Service Policies, available at carwush.com/service-policies
    

5. SERVICE QUALITY & LIABILITY
   WUSH performs all services with reasonable care and using industry-appropriate products and equipment. While we take precautions to protect your vehicle, WUSH is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear-related conditions present prior to service. Customers are responsible for disclosing sensitive items, aftermarket modifications, or known vulnerabilities prior to service. WUSH's total liability for any claim related to service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
    

6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
   Customers agree to provide a safe and respectful environment for our team. WUSH reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in the event of unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition or service location.
    

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All
   content on carwush.com, including the WUSH name, logo, photography, and copy, is the property of WUSH LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
