Refuns & Cacellation Policy
WUSH LLC ("WUSH," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality mobile car wash and detailing services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
- More than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling at no charge. - Within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment: A $25 rescheduling fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded. - No-show or cancellation at time of service arrival: The service will be considered fulfilled and the full amount will be charged to cover travel time, scheduling, and operational costs.
CANCELLATIONS BY WUSH
If we cancel your appointment due to weather, equipment, staffing, or any other operational reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
WEATHER POLICY
In case of rain or unsafe weather, services may be paused or rescheduled to ensure quality results. If weather impacts your service shortly after completion, we offer a complimentary touch-up within 24 hours, subject to availability.
REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SERVICES
All services are reviewed for quality at the time of completion. If you are not satisfied with the service performed, please notify our team within 24 hours of completion at support@carwush.com. We will arrange a complimentary re-service to address any specific concerns. Refunds for completed services are issued at WUSH's discretion and only in cases where re-service is not feasible.
MEMBERSHIP & PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS
Customers enrolled in a recurring membership or multi-wash package may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused sessions within an active package are non-refundable but may be transferred to another vehicle or scheduled within the package validity period (90 days from purchase unless otherwise stated).
REFUND PROCESSING

Service Fulfillment Policy
WUSH LLC provides mobile car wash and detailing services throughout the greater Miami area in Florida.
SERVICE DELIVERY
WUSH is a fully mobile service. Our team operates at designated outpost locations, currently including our Ultra Padel Outpost (Miami) and other approved booking sites. Customers bring their vehicle to the booked location at the scheduled time for service. No physical retail location or product shipping is involved — all services are performed in-person at the booking location.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
Services are booked through carwush.com using our online booking system. At the time of booking, customers select: - Service tier (Quick Wush, Full Wush, Proper Wush, or Signature Wush) - Vehicle size (Sedan or SUV) - Date, time, and outpost location - Any optional add-ons
ARRIVAL & SERVICE WINDOW
Customers should arrive at the booked location at the scheduled time with their vehicle ready for service. Service duration varies by package and vehicle size, typically ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours. We reserve a dedicated time slot for each appointment.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a successful service, customers must: - Arrive at the scheduled time with the vehicle ready for service - Disclose any pre-existing damage or sensitive vehicle conditions prior to service - Be reachable at the contact information provided at booking
SERVICE AREA
WUSH currently operates at designated outpost locations in Miami-Dade County. Additional locations and at-home service options may be added as the service area expands. Any travel surcharges for special service locations will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
