Cancellation Policy
Booking & Arrival Please arrive at your scheduled time with your vehicle ready for service. We reserve a dedicated slot for each Wush. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no charge. Changes within 12 hours will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, the service will be considered fulfilled and the full amount will be charged. Weather Policy In case of rain or unsafe weather, services may be paused or rescheduled to ensure quality results. If weather impacts your service shortly after completion, we offer a complimentary touch-up within 24 hours (subject to availability). Note Please ensure your vehicle is available at the scheduled time to avoid delays or loss of service.
