Cancellation Policy

Service Area We serve a 10-mile radius from Midtown Miami — covering Miami Beach and the barrier islands, Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, the Design District, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, North Miami, Hialeah, and into Doral. Not sure you're in range? Message us — we may still come for an added travel fee. Booking & Payment Secure your slot with a $50 deposit, or pay in full at booking — your choice. Deposits apply to your total; the balance is charged when your Wush is complete. We Come to You We arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time — traffic and prior jobs shift the exact minute. Have your vehicle accessible and unlocked, or keys ready, when we arrive. Access & Space Provide a safe, legal, reachable spot for the vehicle and our truck — driveway, street, or cleared garage. For buildings or gated communities, clear any HOA, permit, or front-desk access ahead of time. We can't perform a Wush in a space that isn't safe or legal to work in. What We Bring Everything. Water, power, product — the truck is fully self-contained. You don't need to provide a hose, an outlet, or anything else. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule free up to 6 hours before your slot. Inside 6 hours, your $50 deposit is forfeited. Paid in full? Everything beyond the $50 is refunded. No-Shows & No Access If we arrive and the vehicle isn't accessible, there's no safe or legal spot to work, or no one's reachable, the $50 deposit is kept and any balance released. Same outcome however you paid. Weather We start every Wush with the interior. If weather interrupts service, we pause and complete the exterior free within 24 hours, subject to availability — or finish in your garage if one's available. Prefer not to return? We'll only charge for the work completed.
